Poor customer service saying company does not give compensation covered by Consumer Rights. Poor deliver speed (once in stock). Poor reprocessing of orders incorrectly sent back due to yodel failures saying not returned (But did take over a week) when tracking showed it had been returned.
Always occasions when you have problems it's how you deal with them that's important
