Brought a product from these guys through Wowcher. They sent the wrong order and told me they couldn't replace it on the same day as they picked the wrong one up. Then told me they could for the swop to never happen. Was supposed to be a christmas present, yet we are now in January and it still hasn't been sorted out.
They now tell me my item was delivered to an address in central London, which was never on any delivery instructions. Steer clear of this business as they clearly don't know what they are doing.
