I like your emails. I don't see the as spam, they are informative and easy to read. Almost all my purchases result from email prompting.
I quite like the purchase process, but it could be improved. If I win I'll give you a much more full critique. Suffice today to say that all data about the purchase should be carried forward and visible at every step.
