Reasonable prices but, if anything goes wrong, woe betide you. Seemingly, customer service has always been something eBuyer has revelled in doing badly. Even when it costs nothing, I've found time and again that eBuyer will go out of its way to avoid doing the sensible or helpful thing. The service team, with rare but notable exceptions, seems positively to enjoy frustrating cusomers.
Other than that, fine.
