I've always been sceptical of eBuyer however decided to use the company after reading good things on HDUK. The monitor, my first purchase was an excellent price and arrived early, however was faulty. I was EXTREMELY impressed by the customer service I was on the phone for under a minute to confirm the return to a friendly (assumed) english employee. I was however very disappointed to find the replacement to be one that had obviously been opened and had a faulty stand. Although I began to return the second one I decided against it as I needed it at the time. Overall I've been impressed by the company's quick (free) delivery and great customer service. I do however hope that the used monitor/faulty monitor was a one off. I now use eBuyer over Amazon.
