I would love to state that the whole buying process was great. However, the fact that you charge 10 pence per minute for telephone calls from both your private and business users, leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Why on earth would you do this, when the rest of the purchasing process, (as well as the price) is so good? Today, I hung up my phone after being kept waiting for a very considerable time, without being answered. Hence, the 3 stars for your rating. Please consider altering this, so that your customers can come back with far superior feedback.
