1. POSITIVE: Wide selection of options - almost spoiled for choice.
2. POSITIVE: Nice to read other buyers' opinions.
3. NEGATIVE: I was buying a monitor. It would have been nice to know whether I needed to buy leads for it.
4. POSITIVE: I like your free postage option
5. NEGATIVE: Your policy on using PayPal is appalling. As soon as I selected it as my payment method, the price went up by £10. Your excuse was that PayPal required a signature for the delivery. what that has got to do with it is beyond me. Perhaps I should ask PayPal.
