While the buying process is pretty smooth, finding the products you want can be a nightmare as there are so many but they are not listed in a very user friendly way. For example, we were looking for a phone for our office so we went to Telephones, Headsets, Fax Machines & Communications then got lost as we could not see a link for phones. To find them you need to go to Type then expand the list and then you can see telephones. This is an example that the info on the site needs to be prioritised for what people are looking for and buying, not just listed alphabetically. At times it can make the site quite hard to use and we gave up looking for the two mobile chargers I was looking for. It's a shame because we like to use e-buyer for our tech stuff and they usually deliver very quickly and prices are good. It's just the site is a bit hard to use at times.
