Good prices, good range of stock, late delivery cut off times, consistently correct deliveries. Returns convoluted, why do them on line when in every case you have to phone up afterwards? Chat system hopeless, two days to get a reply but otherwise customer charged to phone. Over all good as long as nothing goes wrong.
