I only buy from Ebuyer because they're cheap and sometimes give me free next day delivery.
I've had so many problems with returns, I always go elsewhere if it's a general consumer item (dvd player etc) or I have concerns that the item may need replacing under warranty.
Their self-branded products (Foehn and Hirsh?) are borderline mis-sold and their customer service is laughable.
