Desptie signing in no more than 4 times(!) no acknowledgement that this had been accepted - just a note to say it had not. Nevertheless, an acknowledgement was sent by Email to confirm I had signed in! Because of this the order increased to 2 machines. I was so exasperated I nearly went to another company to buy my computer. You need to sort things out - people may be on a shorter fuse than me and not be computer-wise and not check and amend the final order.
This review certainly wont win a prize but it is the truth.
