Was enticed by the free shipping offer. When I added stuff to my basket and checked out, the free shopping was not offered. I tried to log in (using IE8) but it wouldn't work. Had to use Google Chrome and start order again. Basket contents were not there. Was offered free shipping at checkout this time. Not as smooth a process as I would have expected.
