The Ebuyer website is excellent, the product ratings are (usually) worthwhile and the prices are, almost always, unbeatable. Ebuyer has asked for an honest review so here it is: some years ago I made an order that was destined for my client who was in urgent need of it. The goods were evidently wrongly addressed and I received some other purchaser's goods. Ebuyer's Customer Services were not merely useless, they were decidedly unhelpful. They refused to help and the delay caused by Ebuyer's incompetence in packaging caused me considerable grief. No apology was ever given. But due to the high quality site, the wealth of information, the ease of use and the pricing, I am, once again, a customer. Though one who remains wary!
