When looking at the laptop I purchased, I feel it would be less confusing if similar products from the same Company (HP in this case) shown below the main item had a little extra information to immediatly explain why an apparantly identical laptop had a different price. When first setting up your login details, after submitting them, you get a 'Session timeout' message. A bit confusing to newcomers, and a bit lazy on the part of the Web designer.
