Overall a very pleasant experience with this company for some time now. One criticism is that I have had too many faulty boards recently. 3 in a row in fact. One which I could not return because I accidently damaged some pins trying to replace the socket cover. However, this was more of a bad design issue on the part of Intel/Asus than it was bad service. Board was faulty though and I should have still had a replacement. Instead I ended up £150.00 out of pocket. Other than this I would have given full marks!
