I bought a netgear switch from Ebuyer. It arrived factory sealed, and well packaged, but when I unpakced it it became obvious that it was a factory refurb - googlong this I found reports that is something that Netgear try to get away with sometimes. I talked to someone at Ebuyer, who was very helpful and arranged a replacement with no fuss.
