in general ebuyer are pretty good but they do have a few points they need to look at.
1, in the past I have ordered and paid for next day delivery only to be told when the delivery did not turn up the next day that I have to wait 48 hours to see if the parcel arrives, this really is not a acceptable when we have customers expecting delivery of the product.
2, the returns policy in general is very good BUT the zoostorm laptop returns policy is not as you have to pay £65 for them to even look at it.
