On my first order, everything seemed to go through OK then sometime later I found an email stating that my credit card could not be processed because I hadn't cleared the Natwest secure card verification. I hadn't been asked or seen a screen for this the first time so am completely puzzled. I had to then place my order again and enter in all my details again. Not good, I am sure you will agree.
Hopefully, my printer will arrive promptly and without problem.
