I have ordered from you before and had payment problems, that was two years ago. I have just tried to order something again and have had payment problems, this is despite using a card which is ok and has more than sufficient funds to pay for the item. I was impressed by your service the first time round but these payment issues need sorting out if I am ever to use you again.
