Have used Ebuyer for many years and have always received a very good service, both sale and after sale. My only criticism of late is the pricing of products compared to other sites. Ebuyer could spend a little more time researching market pricing. The pricing of delivery also seems a little steep. A two day delivery of a mouse was £7. We could use standard Royal Mail and pay a fraction of that. The sinister side of me would argue that I pay 7 you pay the courier 2, which is a nice little earner probably offset against products that you advertise as "cheaper" than other sites(!)
