Have been with eBuyer from the days they were small enough to respond quickly, through the box-shifting phase where customer service lagged behind and into the current state where they're one of the top online retailers with great support.
eBuyer have consistently met and exceeded my expectations for product choice, delivery and support. They are usually the first place I check for product details. They're not always the cheapest (since Amazon allowed all and sundry to sell through their site) but they're still good, and I'm still a customer.
