Used Ebuyer for years. This time had a problem being recognised. It could be that when tapping in the password with an iPad it converted the first letter to a capital. But that should not indicate that I am not recognised as emails are rarely case sensitive. It took me several hours to get round this. It is a point for Ebuyer to watch. It should NOT indicate that there is no record of a customer of several years even if it does not recognise the password. If that is the problem that is what should be indicated.
