Excellent prices and web site, good delivery - the worst aftersales service I have ever experienced with faulty goods. Breaking distance selling laws on zoostorm products as refuse liability on equipment sold without having customer jump through loads of hoops with a third unrelated party to the sale. A shame as otherwise this would be a great buying resource.
