They are also pretty efficient - their free delivery option is quite often in practice next-day or day-after-next, even though it's advertised as being 5 working days. Many years ago they got a (deservedly) bad reputation for failure to address customer complaints/returns in a timely fashion - I had a case where they sent the wrong item (a bare disk drive) and it took me many emails and several weeks for them to sort it out (and there were other people who had even worse experiences). However, as I understand it, they came under new management some years ago and their customer service was greatly improved. I've certainly never had any problems with them since.
