I had a problem with my first attempt at ordering - the card verification screen took so long to appear that I thought it didn't apply to me and I closed it. I got an email to say that my order was complete and being processed for dispatch so I thought no more about it - 15 minutes later I got an email to say that the order had been cancelled but I didn't pick this up until I got home from work. The purchase was time critical to me! I have re-ordered and hope I get it in time!
