I've now bought a fair few products from Ebuyer.com, and by the nature of these purchases (the components for several complete PCs) I've spent a fair bit of money with them too. Ultimately I've received nothing but good service from them, on the one occasion I needed to return an item they were very helpful and the process was completed efficiently. My only criticism would be that items can take quite a while to arrive when using the free delivery option but this may be the fault of the courier, I'm not sure. I shall continue to make use of their extensive product range and decent pricing for the foreseeable future.
