I have used Ebuyer for quite a few years and all in all they have been the least painful to use. There have been the odd hiccup at times, a faulty motherboard came back as OK and then promptly blew up but when speaking with the staff they are always friendly and you get the impression they are doing all they can.
The only real downside is the delivery company they use is possibly the worst one out there with "missed" deliveries, incorrect delivery times and paying for next day and getting it two days later.
