I tried to make an order to make use of 'free next day delivery'. When it came to pay I selected PayPal. Ebuyer decided that as I had not placed an order to my address via PayPal before they would change from 'Free next day delivery" to second working day delivery and charge postage. Now I can accept their caution but it would have been nice to have been told before ordering, or been given an easier way of cancelling the order. I did manage to cancel the order, before paying, but I felt it caould have been a simpler process. Perhaps a 'Delete Order' button on any of several pages. I subsequently placed the order, paying by another method.
