I've used eBuyer for some time, before Amazon came in to the computing space. Their prices tend to be equivalent, or occasionally Amazon can have a better offer, so I usually buy computer parts from eBuyer if Amazon doesn't have a better price. I've never had any issues with eBuyer, and always received the ordered parts in a timely manner. The only thing that would be great is if eBuyer had a customer loyalty scheme - I've been a customer for probably over 15 years (my shipping addresses seem to reflect the various places I've stayed), and then eBuyer would likely get my business every time. All in all, a very good service, and no complaints.
