I find navigating through the website more difficult than it used to be, NAS storage wasn't to be found under storage at all but under networking. I also know that customer support if you have a problem is not great, not very responsive.
But for some things the prices are very keen and delivery is usually on time so it's a reasonable experience if nothing goes wrong.
