Just wanted to buy a pc. Had to "sign on" to be an account holder. What a pain! The boxes for making email etc. entries are very faint and therefore difficult to see and when you come to entering your address you have to enter a street name. I DON'T HAVE A STREET NAME !!! I tried all sorts of ways to bypass the street name box without success. In the end I gave up and switched off. About 3 hours later I decided to have another go and guess what? Yes, as soon as I put in a password I was logged-in ..... without a street name! Come on ebuyer, some of us live in a village and only have a house name, Make it easier, please!
