Usually great service, only occasionally let down by delivery / courier issues.... not meeting the dates paid for / promised at time of ordering. This is not a regular occurrence but always seems to be on the orders that are required as promised and rarely on the less urgent items! As a B2B customer, contact is generally good and any issues are usually dealt with where possible. Prices again usually ok but other suppliers quite often come in cheaper so I don't use ebuyer for everything as I have in the past. Overall, ebuyer is a reliable supplier for my small computer business.
