Shopping with eBuyer has always been quick and delivery on-time.
The only time I have had a problem was when I had to return a LCD TV which had a damaged screen. I find the couriers who handle returns unreliable as they did not turn up on day agreed for collection. It took a lot of to-ing and fro-ing with eBuyer to finally get the TV collected and when a new one was sent, it had a cracked screen! So I had to go through the whole fiasco again. I finally got my refund but it was a very painful experience.
