We had an account de-activated after a rogue employee used our credit card fraudulently and it has taken two weeks to pass all the security checks to re-order from you.
* Emails we sent to me from a no reply email without an alternative to send to -
* You cant speak to the fraud team by phone.
* Sometimes I didnt get a response at all.
* I now cant see the order history on my old account (for the police)
I appreciate the checks were needed to ensure I am who I say I am but it has been a very difficult process to get back being able to order from Ebuyer. You are one of the top suppliers of IT equipment but I do feel let down by the back office process.
