Overall it was a good experience other than my payment being cancelled even though I had entered all the details correctly and more than sufficient money in the account, I would have liked Ebuyer to have tried a bit harder or to call and verify the details given for security purposes, but I suppose it could have just been when there were issues with the online banking for RBS/Natwest banks. SO I don't know who to blame. I would have liked a slight discount on my delivery so that I could still meet the date I had calculated out with free delivery, as I made sure I would have someone waiting to collect my order with me (since it is 25KG in a and 8 floors up without elevator).
