I have used ebuyer on a few occasions now. They are one of my 1st stops for all things PC related (I've bought laptops, external hard drives, monitor and such like) they are always competitively priced and offer free delivery if you're willing to wait 5 working days (which I am, however, I find most items are received before that deadline). Thus far I've had no problems with my purchases (touch wood - because I've just bought another monitor from them today! ) and have had no cause to use their customer services or return policy, so cannot make comment on that side of things, but their sales side is highly recommended to date.
