I have placed a range of orders with Ebuyer over the years, from small peripheral and consumable items to big-ticket appliances. The service has always been good and on the few occasions an item has been faulty the situation has been consistently rectified in a timely manner.
I cannot comment on how they react to an unwanted purchase as I've never needed to use this service.
