Not bad - but could have helped more with an order that went wrong.
My credit card was initially declined (fraud protection) - I ended up getting same order delivered twice. Little details that confused or hampered me:
- e-mail said card would be retried "in 5 days" - it meant within 5 days.
- tracking codes for parcels were wrong - and even after phoning up I was still given a wrong code for one parcel
- they wouldn't pay for the duplicate parcel to be returned - it arrived earlier than expected an my son didn't know to refuse it. Ended up costing me £25.
