Always good and quick ordering & delivery service with sensisbly sized packaging and a secure login process. The only problems I've had have resulted from inaccurate or misleading product description listings which have resulted in returns (an ardous process) or having to settle for a product which is not what was actually ordered. Showing everything that is written on the box - which is what you see when buying from a shop - would go a long way to help solve this at the same time as cutting down on returns and dissapointed customers.
