I buy a lot of kit from ebuyer and other online vendors - I purchase equipment for my company. All orders have been fulfilled and delivered as expected and the service is great. However on one occasion I had ordered a laptop which was not delivered. Given the many thousands of pounds I have spent over the years I would have expected a further laptop to be dispatched to me while ebuyer took up the issue with the courier. Instead of that I had to endure a long (several weeks) ordeal to get recompense until I was finally able to prove (using the courier's own proof of delivery) that the laptop could not possibly have been delivered to us. This was not the reaction I expected when a "valued customer" raises a concern. I stayed away from ebuyer for a considerable time after this and will now only consider purchasing low value items from them as their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. My verdict ? They are very good until you have a problem and then look out.
