eBuyer always has great product availability with a diverse range of technology compared to their competitors. The cost is always kept to a minimum too, I usually end up back on the eBuyer website comparing the price.
The customer service has been good on the one occasion I've had to call them.
The thing that has let them down for me is the delivery charges (delivery used to be free on Super saver) and the choice of delivery agent. I've had to collect from the couriers depot 10 miles away in the past.
