I had cause to return an item which had failed and the returns process etc was very simple and efficient. Since product was no longer available my account was credited with a refund immediately. Have since, just, purchased replacement product. Account debiting/crediting somewhat confusing so will just have to see what happens when the balls come to rest...but so far, so good, I think.
