Normally really high standard, but tonight started the order to be delivered over five days for it to be changed to next day delivery (with free gift) and then when completing order it changed again to 2 days with a higher charge (with no free gift). Chose this option because I didn't want to loose the progress I'd made, so ended up paying more than first expected. Not totally happy.
