Very easy to navigate. Products easy to locate with good descriptions which helped the selection, especially as I was checking toner cartridges suitable for my laser printer.
The registration was simple to set up and use. The checkout was good, only a couple of niggles as the website duplicated billing and delivery addresses, but very easily sorted out.
Overall a very good experience.
