Very quick and easy experience, even though I had an old account I'd forgotten the password too.
The website is nicely designed and feels good to use.
Only minor quibble is that the product I ordered came with a reward of games, and I had to notice on the product page that I'd need to email them to ask for the download codes it was not handled automatically and nothing else notified me. But I did notice so no real harm done.
