Every aspect of eBuyer's service is excellent, from the websites ease of use right through to the after sales and support. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great service all the way............. ...............until the delivery doesn't turn up, or arrives on the wrong day. Because they use Yodel for most of the deliveries. If eBuyer were to use a real courier instead, then it would be nigh on perfect all the way through the process. An excellent service from an excellent company with a real focus on the customer, let down because they use a courier who then treats those same customers with utter contempt.
