Something has gone wrong. Formerly when buying from eBuyer.com, when I came to pay, VAT was already deducted as it is not applicable to residents of the Channel Islands. This time though on order 20378013 the VAT was not deducted meaning I must now waste a considerable amount of time contacting you to get the VAT back. Depending on how easy or difficult this is will determine whether I use eBuyer again.
