Ebuyer are great unless you have the need to contact their customer service line. This is a non-geographic number, so after being held in their queue, you will invariably have to talk to one of their team who are unlikely to be able to offer any insight. There is little point in asking to speak to a manger, as you will not be put through! However, if you can order your goods, and have them delivered without the need to contact them at all, they are a very good company to deal with. The prices are invariably very good, delivery is usually on time (although have had issues in the past with them editing an address making it impossible for the delivery driver, who thankfully telephoned me!), and items are well packaged and as stated. I would therefore rate them as Good to Very Good, its just a shame that their Customer Service lets them down.
