When I clarified a small error due to the nature of a call, they twisted this and accused me of giving inconsistent stories, using it as another excuse to delay and dismiss my claim. It became very clear they weren’t trying to help but were instead focused on dodging any responsibility to pay out. This isn’t insurance, it’s a trap. They make the process so deliberately difficult that many would just give up. It feels like a calculated tactic to avoid honouring claims. In my opinion, this company is dishonest and misleading.
