The products from Eco Vape are very good and so is there customer care. However, the dispatch courier they use, FDL, are terrible.
I placed an order worth over £100 on the 6th December and when I tried to track the delivery they claimed to have tried to deliver the package numerous times. This is false. Both me and my wife work from home and delivery was attempted.
When I contacted Eco Vape on 13th December they apologised and when they checked the tracking it was now saying the package had been damaged and was being returned to them!
Eco Vape immediately arranged to dispatch a replacement order. However, yet again the order has failed to be delivered to me. I have contacted Eco Vape again today (22nd December) and again they have apologised and said they will look in to the issue as the tracking says that delivery has been cancelled by a manager at FDL.
Eco Vape have stated that if FDL can't deliver today they will arrange for a replacement delivery with another dispatcher. This is fine but that means I will now have to go out to another retailer (no Eco Vape stores near me) to buy some juice to put me on until there order finally arrives. This is a cost I could do without being so close to Christmas and after already spending over £100.
As I stated at the start of this review I really do like Eco Vape products and there customer care team are really polite, understanding and easy to speak too. However, its no good having really great products if they can't get them to you on time.
